Topic: THE JUDGMENTAL FIRE
Scripture: DEUTERONOMY 4:24.
For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.
Some years ago, I was invited to conduct a family deliverance on a particular family that was going through witchcraft oppression and manipulation. People were dying needlessly and all matter of incurable diseases were afflicting the family. I preached a powerful message before the prayer in the family gathering. The title of the message was, They are Dead! It was anchored on the Bible story of the encounter of Joseph with an angel of God when Jesus was a child. The angel came and said to Joseph, “Take the child, and the mother back to the land of Israel for they are dead that seek the life of the child (Matthew 2:20 Paraphrased).
The anchor point of the message was, ‘They are dead!” So, if they are looking for your life, they are dead. At the end of the prayer, the entire family and even other families that came to join them in the prayer were delivered and witchcraft power was completely destroyed.
Beloved, one of the assignments of the Fire of God is the execution of judgment. That was the fire that “disappeared” Sodom and Gomorrah from history; it is called, judgmental fire. That was the fire that deleted one hundred and two soldiers that came to arrest Prophet Elijah (2 Kings 1:10-12). I believe that was the fire that “roasted” Ananias and Sapphira in Acts of the Apostles 5:1-11.
Today, every force of hell that is resisting the purpose of God for your life is an automatic candidate for the fire of judgment. Every family altar, ancestral curse, witchcraft or occultic conspiracy against your life, family and destiny is sentenced to the fire, in Jesus’ Name!
Beloved, Refuse to fear the enemy; confront him. (Luke 10:19).
Live an upright and guilt-free life.
Stand on the Word of God and today’s prophetic declarations.
PRAYER
Lord, I take authority over every device or agenda of darkness against my life and destiny. I set them on fire right now, Lord in Jesus’ Name.
